If you want to gain muscle mass you need to ask yourslef what exercises is the best for you. But in nowdays there is a lot of crap that say that we should use chemical supplements and use “Magic program” to get big and strong. I have seen many skinny dudes who plays with weights like a girl and thinks that it will help to gain big musles if they do right. Look what they show on tv, if you want to get 6 pack buy ab gym or other crap. Why the hell shoud i use that ? Is it so hard to spend ten minutes doing crunches ? There is no magic way you can be slim and have big muscles just sitting on the couch. Well if you are to laizy or you can’t stop eating bicmacs than buy that crap, but don’t expect to look like dudes in baywatch.
First the best way to gain mass is to do basic exercises not some new just few months found magic exercises wich make you model in one month. When you are doing basic exercises few or more muscles are working, so you will progress much faster than doing isolated exercises(train only one muscle).
For example, the bench press is a basic exercise, most are loaded chest muscles, shoulders and triceps but also helps to raise the weight. For triceps downward press is isolated or single joint exercise. It will isolate triceps and won’t stimulate growth as basic exercises. There are a number of basic exercises, but you should concentrate only on those wich stimulate the most muscle and let’s to do with maximum weights.
Here are the main basic exercises will be required to include in your program if you expect gain more muscle in the shortest period of time.
1. Squats (leg quadrants, two-headed leg muscles of the calf, as well as many of the top of the muscle)
2nd Deadlift (two-headed legs, leg quadrants, trapezium, lower back muscles)
3rd Barbell press (chest, tricep, shoulders)
4th Press over the head (shoulders and triceps)
5th Barbell bent pull (back, Biceps, “Wings”)
6th Pull (back, Biceps, “Wings”)
7th Dips (chest, triceps, shoulders)
If your program does not have these exercises, do not expect much gain muscle, morover if you are seriously growing. Try to carry out its program with one of these exercises, but this exercise should be carried out above than others. Yes you will be sure that all of its energy resolution of the
headline the same exercises, which is responsible for growth. For example, if you training shoulders first make barbell prees over your head.
Why you cant lift more weight when you training so hard? You can probably already guess why. Because to much ecxercises for each muscle group. Train you lower back too and do it with basic exercises.
